April Bowlby has been an American actor and model for more than 20 years. She is well known for her role as Kandi and Stacy Barrett from Drop Dead Diva, and Rita Farr and Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor best known for playing Stacy Barrett in the American television show of the same name, which is a legal comedy and fantasy. Drop Dead Diva and Kandi in the show Two and a Half Men. The career path she chose began when she was modeling and later she moved into movies and TV series. Her first appearance was on the small screen as an actor in the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. It came with appearances of one-off episodes on other shows. After a few years her breakout performance as Kandi was in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby received international attention for the Stacy Barrett role in Drop Dead Diva. She played the character of Rita Farr/Elastigirl. She was a frequent character on the American show Titans. The character will return in the spin-off to the Doom Patrol television series. Bowlby was also featured in TV films such as Sands of Oblivion and The Wrong Daughter. After her roles as a character in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut feature) along with From Prada, to Nada she made her debut on big screens with All Roads Lead Home. Bowlby was a student at East Union High School in Manteca in California. The school was her first move to California when she was a child. She began her studies in French and Ballet in Moorpark College. Then she chose to go into acting. She studied drama with Ivana Chubbuck. She got an appearance in a major television show (Kandi in Two and a Half Men) in the months following her debut Hollywood audition. Bowlby was a part of a variety of TV series, including CSI in 2004. She also appeared on CSI: NY as of 2005. Freddie and Freddie in 2005, as Sydney and How I Met Your Mother in 2007 as Meg. Bowlby has recently played the character in the role of Natasha in the role of a 12-year-old girl in All Roads Lead Home. This 2007 film tells the story of a girl who lost her mother following an accident in the car. Bowlby plays Mia In The Slammin Salmon, a comedy film to be released in 2008. She lives in Los Angeles. She is naturally red-haired and has blue eyes. Her relationship is not a family affair.
