Lis Wihl (born on 19 August 1961) was an American lawyer and author who worked for Fox News.
Her previous position was as associate professor of law in the University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appears weekly for The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly. Lou Dobbs Now. The Imus breakfast show. The Legal Lis podcast and radio show.
Wiehl completed her studies at West Valley High School, Yakima. Her birthplace was in Yakima. She graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree at the age of 33 in. In 1985, she earned her master of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987 she was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was she was a US attorney in the United States. She served as a legal correspondent for NPR's All Things Considered. She was the deputy chief investigating counsel for Democrats from the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. She was a tenured professor in legal studies in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 She also directed an organization called the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as a Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 until 2017.
