Sharp learned to play the clarinet, piano as well as cello at the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. She received a full tuition grant towards The Boston Conservatory for her passion for school theater. Cum Laude, where she earned an B.F.A. Sharp determined to pursue a career in the theatre following her graduation from Cum Laude with the B.F.A. Sharp performed on The Broadway National Tour of Carousel, debuted Off-Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and played eight different roles in the hilarious comedy Eat the Runt. Other stage performances include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with playwright August Wilson himself. In addition to her work in stage and screen, Sharp has several other creative projects that she's written or co-written. A full-length recording is in the works. She also continues to sing. Sharp likes to stay fit and always in top condition by pursuing Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp has a home in Los Angeles.
